Any time you order a surfboard from JS online, you have a 30-day period from the day of delivery to make sure that board is right for you before use.
As long as the board is in “as new” condition, you can return it to us free of charge and we’ll exchange it! This means completely unridden, no wax, no grip, no dings, no extra stickers etc.
Consider it an extra invitation for whatever JS you order to pass the test once you feel it in person - the crucial under arm assessment of its rails, outline, and anything else you might want to be 100% certain it’s the board for you.
For example, if something’s not quite what you were expecting once received, send it back to us and we’ll exchange it for a different board as soon as your request is in stock.
All you have to do is follow the steps detailed below – “Return Instructions”.
Once the board is waxed up and ready to take out into the ocean, it’s yours, no return.
Please carefully assess your product choice before applying grips, wax, or any other accessories, as we will only accept returns of a board in “as new” condition.
If your JS weapon is purchased through any other outlet, you will need to review that outlet’s return policy as those terms will govern your rights.

FORGET ME NOT II STEP UP rounded pin tail is designed for those days we all dream about. In the last couple of seasons it has excelled at the heavier and better quality locations on the WCT, beginning with a great run at the end of 2014 in Hawaii when Dusty won Haleiwa and came 2nd at Sunset, while Julian Wilson managed to achieve the dream combo by taking out both the Pipe Masters and the Hawaiian Triple Crown.
In 2015, Margaret River was the first real test for the top 34, and whether it was solid tubes at The Box or massive walls at Main Break, the FMN was a clear favourite for all of the team's quivers. Owen's perfect 10 on his backhand at The Box still rates as one of the waves of the year, and the lines drawn by Julian Wilson on the massive Margarets walls allowed him to produce one of the highest heat totals of the entire event.
Then there was Fiji, and Owen's now-infamous performance at Cloudbreak that ended with two perfect 20 heats, the event win, and one of the most memorable highlight reels of the dream tour's recent history! With Julian also proving to be a major standout by matching up alongside the Big O in the final, it was a damn good event for the Traktors. In the second half of the South Pacific leg Jeremy Flores used his quiver of Forget Me Not's to dominate at Teahupo'o and take the second CT victory of his career. What makes this even more impressive is that he was still on the comeback from a serious head injury, and had to wear a Gath helmet the entire time!
To make it excel in all of these conditions, I have given the FORGET ME NOT rounded pin a slightly pulled in tail and a narrower nose compared to the squash. I added slightly more rocker and lift at the nose and tail, while also implementing a subtle single to double concave, which means the board will harness all the wave's power and give you maximum control.
The FORGET ME NOT rounded pins come standard with a 5 fin set up so you can ride it as a thruster for a mix of tubes and turns or a quad if you are just hunting barrels! We highly recommend the FORGET ME NOT rounded pin tail for anyone heading to Indo or planning on surfing quality waves, especially anything hollow.
Wave type Features ConcaveFMNII STEP UP is best suited for waves between 6 and 12 foot. It is the pinnacle of high performance in everything from fun, rippable waves through to super hollow conditions.
Rocker |
FMNII STEP UP has a medium rocker that is perfectly suited to hollow, powerful waves. The entry point is high enough to prevent any catch on the front edge yet quickly balances out to make sure speed is maintained. The exit rocker mixes enough curve to allow tight pocket turns and down the line speed. The FMNII STEP UP rocker has taken years of fine tuning and refinement to get it to where it is today! |
Fin setup |
FMNII STEP UP comes stock as a thruster. Alternative setups are available with custom orders. |
Glassing specs |
FMNII STEP UP glassed standard with 4 x 4 oz deck x 4 oz. bottom (All sizes come standard with Hybrid Fibre tail strips) |
Rail type |
FMNII STEP UP has medium rails. Allowing you to turn at high speeds without unwanted resistance. |
A subtle single to double concave means the board will harness all the waves power and give you complete control. (Too much concave in powerful waves will mean too much lift, which ultimately gives you less control).
