Hi JS, I ride a Jordy Pro 6'5 Sig model at the mo (Awesome Board) and want to try the Modco, I weigh around 90kg and I am 6'2 in height. Would the 6'3 1/2 be suitable for me? I'm a goofy footer and surf mainly point breaks. I also have a Blakbox 6'2 that
I'm trading in for a Mystery 6'2.

JS, I have moved from Land of Oz to NZ and Raglan will be my most surfed spot now. I have been riding a 6'2 x 18 3/4 x 2 1/4 rounded square with single concave board and it goes pretty good. I am about 75kg 173cm. I want something that is a little more
responsive to the current board (have been surfing since Tom Carroll won his second title when I was a grom) I am looking at the forget me not 6'1, the BI Signature 6'1, Parko's signature 6'1 or the Konfusion 6'1. Would you have any suggestions as to which
way I should go? I look forward to hearing from you with your thoughts. I have not surfed your boards before and are keen to give them a try. Thanks Kris

Hey JS. You helped me out a few months ago when I was tossing up between a kingpin and a konfusion - I went with the kingpin as the konfusion seemed a little narrow for me. i'm building a mini quiver at the moment and I am looking for a typical short board with a touch more volume as im 6'3 and about 93kg. I'm looking at the mystery in a 6'2. Im just afraid it will ride too similar to the Kingpin - what do you think? Any other board suggestions and meso's would be great. Im an intermediate surfer. Thanks mate, appreciate the help you give to us guys. PS. the kingpin absolutely goes insane mate it's the fastest board i've ever ridden by far!

Dean, Take a look at Mystery, Its a bit more of an allrounder/crossover board than the modco. I think you'll find more joy out of it on more days than a super high performance. I'm getting lots of love back from all the team on this model. JS

Hey JS i guess im considered a bigger bloke at about 6'3 weigh about 93 kgs, im looking for a shortboard that will ride well in all conditions. i was considering a 6'3 konfusion but its seems a little too narrow for me at 19 1/8. im also considering a modco 6'3 1/2 as im looking for around 6'3 x 19 1/2 x 2 1/2. any other board suggestions mate? im probably an intermediate level surfer just looking for a good shorty that i can keep for a while. thanks mate appreciate any help!

Modco is a more specific performance board and works insane in the good stuff. Konfusion will cope with more variety in conditions though - would prob best suit you if you want to use in both local beachies and indo. JS

Hi JS,
What's the favoured conditions for the modco and the konfusion. I am after a board for the beach breaks of Sydney that would also go well in Indonesia. What would you recommend.

Hi, Modco and Konfusion are fairly different. Modco being very much a hi performance board and Konfusion being more of a cross over (on the performance end).
Konfusion has a flatter entry rocker than Modco, it also has a flatter deck and slightly lower rails. They both have single to double concave but the double on the Konfusion starts higher (under the front foot).
Both perform great in there favored conditions. Hope this helps. JS

Hi JS, whats the difference between the Konfusion and the Modco. Does the Modco have similar contours to the Jordy, i.e. shallower/deeper concaves, flatter, curvier deck. Thanks.
