Dusty, reaping the rewards of getting into town early. Photo Trevor Moran

From small, dumpy Supertubos in the early rounds to perfect free surfs up and down the coast, there's been plenty of variety on offer around the Portugal CT leg this year! Thankfully the event is mobile and has some of the best backup venues on tour, so with a bit of luck we'll see the team bringing their A-game in quality waves from now on, both in and out of the contest rashie. Full quiver breakdowns, below:

Dusty's setup for the early days in Portugal - 5'11 1/2" x 18 7/8" x 2 3/8" x 27.6L and 6'0" x 18 7/8" x 2 3/8" x 28.1L Monsta 6s, paired with large sets of the new FCS2 x JS template designed for hard driving turns and controlled directional changes. Photo Ryan Miller

From big backside reverses to honing his rail game, Jules has had plenty of warmups for whatever waves we end up seeing for the main event. At 6'0" / 80kg, he rides his Air 17 and the Monsta 6 in similar dims (6'0 1/2" x 18 3/4" x 2 3/8" x 28L), usually paired with his signature template from FCS for extra projection and control. Parko and one of his favourite Monsta 6s that he rode to the final at Trestles, dropping 9s the whole way there. At 6'0" / 83kg, he rides a 6'0" x 18 7/8" x 2 3/8" x 28.1L, usually paired with either the FCS2 Carver in large, or our new JS template, which belongs in the same family of fins with plenty of drive. Jezza found one of the only decent tubes of the day to score a 9 point ride and knock Wilko straight out of the title race. Some of his go-to everyday dims in the Monsta 6 are 5'9 1/2" x 18 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 24.6L. Photo Trevor Moran

Yet another silky speed burn from the Central Coaster. At 5'9" / 76kgs, he rides a 5'11" x 18 5/8" x 2 5/16" x 26L Forget Me Not. Photo Ryan Miller

Ryan, going huge in a dreamy-looking afternoon free surf. At 6'0" / 80kg, he rides a 6'0" x 18 7/8" x 2 3/8" x 28.1L Monsta 6, usually with a set of the FCS2 MF template in large to suit his hard hitting approach. Photo Trevor Moran
